LOW + SLOW INTRO TO HOT YOGA

This is where you start your yoga journey! This class is designed for those new to yoga, new to a studio or just not quite sure about a heated class. This is a vinyasa-based class in which we will breakdown the fundamentals and focus on proper alignment, and moving with breath. An introduction to Yoga, and intro to being in a warm environment. Class starts at room temperature and slowly warms to ~90 degrees. Come wearing comfortable clothes, and bring your water bottle.

HOT VINYASA

This class assumes working knowledge of basic postures, more emphasis on breath and flow. Links together more challenging core and upper body poses, beginning arm balances and inversions. 100-105 degrees.
Intermediate, hot (yang room)

Vinyasa = movement with the breath. “low & Slow” format class. A challenging full body flow of movements sequenced to open and strengthen the body and mind. This class aims to develop a strong foundation in Vinyasa while accommodating broader experience levels. 80-85 degrees.

A heated vinyasa class great for all-levels, especially beginner-intermediate who enjoy the heat but want a slower paced flow to sink into postures & unwind.

Bringing weights into your yoga practice and a heavy emphasis on strength-building as well as cardio. Class starts with yoga flows and strength building, moves into flows with weights, cardio, and more strength. Did we say strength? 95-100 degrees.

ASHTANGA + HOT ASHTANGA
75 MINUTES
In this Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa class, you'll engage in a dynamic and fluid sequence of postures that blend strength, flexibility, and breath awareness. Drawing from the structured series of Ashtanga Yoga, this class emphasizes a continuous flow of movement linked with the breath, creating a powerful and invigorating practice. Expect to move through a series of standing and seated postures, incorporating sun salutations and breath-focused transitions, all while cultivating a deeper sense of mindfulness and balance. Ideal for those who enjoy a rhythmic and disciplined approach to yoga, this class will leave you feeling both energized and centered.
YIN

This is a restorative yoga class, focused on holding deep stretches longer, utilizing props to stay comfortable and stretch safely. 80 degrees.

YIN + BREATHWORK

Begin with a slow, grounding Yin yoga practice-long-held, supported postures that gently release tension and create space in the body. After settling into deep physical stillness, transition into guided breathwork to open the lungs, energize the spirit, and quiet the mind. This pairing invites you to let go on every level, leaving you feeling rested, renewed, and deeply connected. All levels welcome.

KATONAH YOGA
60 MINUTES
Developed in NY by Nevine Michaan, and deeply inspired by Chinese Taoism, Katonah Yoga uses metaphor to ignite the imagination for more inspired embodiment. Instead of one-size-fits-all alignment, you will learn to use your own body’s proportions and sacred geometry to measure your asana practice. Expect in depth dharma talks as you move through postures slowly, intentionally with the help of props. Breathwork is a fundamental part of this practice—the trinity of mind and body, mediated by breath. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner.

GENTLE EVERYbody YOGA

This is a class created in response to requests and feedback from the community. In keeping with our values of accessibility and inclusivity, we have created an additional class offering where accessibility is the cornerstone. This class, like yoga, is for anybody and EVERYbody.
Yoga for EVERYBody is a non-heated yoga class in which cueing, poses and class themes will be geared directly towards the experiences of inhabiting and practicing in a larger body, as well as towards a wider range of flexibility and mobility. Props will be provided, including chairs. We will take up space, practice at our own pace and build community.

This class is taught by Crissy Anderson, RYT.
Crissy is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a yoga teacher, having completed her 200-hour YTT at 36Om. In her private practice, Crissy works with adolescents, adults and families and specializes in eating disorders. Crissy initially found Yoga as a practice to reduce burnout, and over the years has come to deeply appreciate the multitude of ways in which it supports vitality, wellbeing, and embodiment.
