Our Cannabis and Yoga special event is back, and spookier than ever. With a haunting playlist, live lighting DJ for special effects, and a flow designed to rattle your bones, Halloween isn’t just for kids this year! An earlier time slot ensures there’s still plenty of evening hours to celebrate the holiday after. Have fun with your attire, knowing that even Zombies will work up a sweat in the gently heated studio. Parents may opt to send their ghouls and boys with a trusted adult to trick-or-treat at the mall nearby, and then join you afterward to socialize with yogis in disguise!
No smoking on premises, please have a designated driver to and from the event.

A Workshop on Alignment, Strength & Stability
Standing poses are the foundation of a strong and balanced yoga practice but mastering them goes beyond just holding the shape. In this workshop, we’ll dive deep into the alignment principles, anatomical awareness, and energetic actions that bring these poses to life.
You’ll learn:
•How to build stability from the ground up
•Key alignment cues for common standing poses (like Warrior poses, Triangle, half moon etc.)
•How to refine your posture to avoid strain and deepen your practice
•Ways to modify or amplify poses based on your unique body
This workshop is perfect for yoga students who want to strengthen their foundation, improve body awareness, and feel more confident in their standing practice whether you’re newer to yoga or looking to fine tune the basics.

Yoga & the Menopause Years
Join Nicole (RN, RVT, RYT) for a 90-minute workshop exploring how yoga supports your body and mind through the menopause transition, perimenopause and post menopause included. Learn how consistent practice can ease symptoms, balance hormones, and strengthen long-term wellness. You'll receive practical, take-home tools to help manage and prevent symptoms from impacting daily life - and connect with others on a similar journey.
