What is it: 6 week Introduction series- teaches the fundamentals of the reformer and basic Level 1 exercises in preparation for participation in the All Level reformer classes. All classes in the series are 55 minutes each. The 6th class in the series serves as a drop in/ or as a makeup class if you miss another in the series.

What: Pilates is a full body experience using a resistance-based apparatus (reformer) in order to explore a sequence of exercises that involve breath work, axial elongation & core control, spine articulation, organization & alignment of the body, weight bearing and movement integration.

Who: Pilates is for EVERYONE. This practice is for everyone; whether you are injured, pregnant, elderly or all things in between. There are modification for all body types and abiities.

Why: Pilates is fun AND it will make you feel good. If you’re looking to strengthen the body and have some fun while you’re working towards your goals, these classes are for you!
