1-ish hour of "treat yo-self". Because life's too short not to.
When you prioritize and make the time to cater to your
wellness of body and mind, everything else in life seems
to fall into place.
You may as well have fun while you're at it.
Working out is a chore no more.

OUR CLASSES
Some like it hot. Others not so much. Some days you want to tighten & tone, or slow it down. Others you want to send your heart rate to the moon.
That's why we have two rooms: one that’s not heated, (“yin” room) and one that is heated with radiant heat panels (“yang” room).
We have everything you could've hoped for and more, Right here in Kitsap County.
HOT & NON-HEATED YOGA
Our eclectic yoga classes are sure to make you sweat. Try hot yoga (vinyasa, yoga sculpt, and slow flow) for an intense workout and amazing stretch. Our non-heated yoga (vinyasa and yin) is also great for those who like the heat cranked down a notch, and you'll build all that heat from within.
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer Pilates is a full body experience using a resistance-based apparatus (reformer) in order to explore a sequence of exercises that involve breath work, axial elongation & core control, spine articulation, organization & alignment of the body, weight bearing and movement integration.
BARRE & PILATES
These two forms of exercise are a great compliment to yoga. The focus here is strengthening, toning, and burning. Say hello to your abs.

Create through Joy: A Yoga Nidra and Art Therapy Journey w/ Brittany Greene Saturday June 14th 6:30-8:00PM
Yoga nidra is the art of being effortless; it is a deep state of sleep with trace calm and alert awareness. It is also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR). Through yoga nidra we may rejuvenate the body and brain, regulate the nervous system and rework limiting beliefs.
This 90-minute workshop invites you into a healing space of rest, imagination, and creative release. We’ll begin with gentle, intuitive movement before settling into a 30–40 minute yoga nidra meditation focused on personal transformation and inner clarity.
From there, we’ll move into unstructured art-making as a form of integration—using dry media and joy as tools for self-expression and emotional alchemy.
This practice is about reconnecting with your own magic. It’s a celebration of healing through creativity, especially in a world that feels heavy. See this as a place to release perfectionism and embrace yourself.
No movement or art experience is necessary—just bring a curious heart.
